Most issues get sorted between buyer and seller in the first message. When they don't, here's exactly what happens.
Send a message from the listing page. 80% of cases resolve right here — wrong colour, late shipping, simple miscommunication. Keep the receipts.
From your dashboard, hit 'Open a case' and pick the category. Upload screenshots, photos, anything that helps. The seller's payout is paused immediately for payment disputes.
Both sides reply in-thread. Our team reviews evidence, talks to both parties if needed, and issues a refund, warning, suspension or dismisses the case. Most cases close within 48 hours.
